I do not have a long distance telephone provider. Can I configure Microsoft
Fax so I can fax with a phone card? I don't know how to put in the phone
card 800 number, the phone card number, and then the fax number. I have a
Dell Photo All-In-One Printer 922.

First of all, your printer is not relevant to faxing, other than using
it as a scanner for the *source* of an image to be faxed. Windows Fax
only works with an analog fax modem (and preferably a fax modem that is
certified to work with XP) that is installed in the computer or directly
connected to the computer.

Assuming that you can fax to a local number and are just asking how to
use a credit card, go to Start > Help and Support and look up "dialing
rules."
