FAXing problem

Hi,

I have a application which sends FAX to any FAX machine
using US Robotics Corporate Modem. The problem is some
times people are misusing the application by feeding a
Normal telephone line Instead of feeding a number
connected to a FAX machine. This is creating a mess as the
person at other end shouts not knowing who has dialed him.

Is there any setting can be made so that the US Robotic
Modem can make sure that the dialed number is for a FAX
machine and then only proceed further.?
