Faxing from Outlook

I am noticing a fax icon on the format bar. When I clicked it, it brought up
the message manager in Talkworks/Winfax. I could choose fax nos. from
phonebooks already in Winfax, but not the folder I was working in Outlook.
Please explain how Winfax connects with Outlook.
 
This is a question for Symantec, not us. For the most part it doesn't
integrate at all well with currenct versions.
When you ask them, be sure to include your Outlook and WinFax version so
they will be able to answer you.
 
As i understand it, Symantec is no longer offering tech support for
Talkworks. They discontinued the program in 2001 and aren't offering any
support according to their website. Please tell me how to get any of my
questions (and there are many) regarding Talkworks answered. Thanks.
