faxing from outlook contacts and MS Word

I have to send out over 500 faxes, which consist of a 4 page article,
a one page CV, and a cover letter that is mail merged from MS Word.
The only thing that changes is the cover letter. So, I could print up
500 unique cover letters and keep running the same 5 pages of
"boilerplate' with each cover letter. Any ideas???

OUTLOOK 2002 and I have to get a fax software program that will take a
feed from an Outlook/MS Word 2002 merge feed....any recommendations?

No. I've only used or supported Windows fax software, not third party
options. Broadcast faxing of this size usually requires third party options.
The native Windows Fax offerings are not well suited for this, but you can
try them. You can start looking here:
