fax

hello
i can't use the fax ; it always says to me that the line is busy or there is a fatal error ...etc...thank you for helping me .
 
You aren't trying to use the fax when you have a active dialup connection ?
If the answer is no , trouble shoot the dialup / fax modem. Jym
