Somebody does listen - I see Windows 7 Home Premium has Windows Fax and Scan
after deleting it from Vista HP.

Yes, but what is worth of it?

The real FAX program is:
FaxTalkPro by Thought Communications, which acquired core code from
venerable WinFaxPro which if you're too young you wouldn't remember - was
the default, number one FAX ware for more than a decade. It even looks
similar, but runs under Win7, Vista, XP.

Once again I must repeat:
nothing sucks more than something you don't pay for, it's like Linux, it's
primitive because it's free.

For business FAX I only use FaxTalkPro.

Guess that's why you pay for sex. Or is it just because you have to.

Even the Starter Edition of Windows 7 has now Fax & Scan ( and no three-apps
limitation anymore ) .. on the other hand they crippled it now so that one
can not change the wallpaper..

Its the fastet of all Win7. Literally no bloat, no useless transparency
effects, no fastuserswitch, - uses 300 MB of Memory and that includes the
live indexing search system and the gadgets...

MS should sell this as a lowcost entry OS for aging machines. ( running it
on a 2001 made Siemens, designed for Win2000 ! )

Faxing is essential to me, before 7 I was forced to use Vista Business only
for that single Reason.
