i need to know if thiers a way to send a fax without haveing a phone line
i have a cable internet conection but i dont know if i need a phone line to
do this or not
PLEAS HELP

You can use an Internet faxing service, like eFax and many others
(Google will find them). They cost money (free to receive but pay to
send). A free service ran by volunteers is tpc.int but they may not
have a local phone number in your area plus they are a unreliable
service and expect slow throughput depending on which node to which you
connect.
