FAX shows in incoming folder and not Inbox. Store a copy doesn't

Running Microsoft FAX
Version 5.1 (Build 2600.xpsp.080413-2111: Service Pack 3)

The Fax trasmits and receives, but the inbound files only deliver to the
Incoming Folder. I selected to have a copy of the item stored in a folder
(alternate network location) when setting up the Fax service, and it doesn't
save at this additional location. I have other items (and full access) to
this other folder on the network. Any ideas??
