Fax rules

HELP PLEASE. I have been so frustrated trying to get my
fax sysytem through the compurter working. Here are my
issues.

1. When I go to fax something, I like to use my contact
list from Outlook. The issue is that only the numbers
that also have emails in the Outlook will appear for me
to choose from. In ohter words, if the information in
the Outlook contact information only has a fax number, it
will not appear as an option to choose from when using
the address book to pull from when sending a fax. That
same name will appear as an option as soon as I put in a
email address in the Outlook contact information. I must
just have something not set up correctly. HELP IF YOU
CAN.

2. I have XP home and in order for my dialing rules to
work, I think I have to have a "+1" before the phone
numbers in order for the dialing rules to work when
pulling form the Outlook address book. My question is
what is the easiest way to get the "+1" before each
number in my address book in Outlook. The only way I
know is to mannually do each one, and with over 600 in
the Outlook book that will take forever. Any advise.

Post your Outlook version and mail support mode. The Outlook Address Book
always displays all fax numbers, so this does not fit with any version of
Outlook I've ever seen.
