Hi

I'm having problems with the faxconsole in Windows XP.

When I recieve a fax I have to recieve it manualy, even though I have marked
recieve automaticly after 1 call.

How do I get it to do it automaticly?

and a second question, where does the Faxconsole save the incomming faxes?

Thomas

Thank you for the reply.

I will try to increase the number of rings to 3, to see if it helps.

about the other question, what I ment was where on the harddrive are the
faxes saved. Is it in a special file just like outlook express?

Thomas

Faxes you have received are automatically archived in the Fax Console's
Inbox and faxes you have sent are archived in the Fax Console's Sent Items
Folder. You can easily access and save these folders from Windows Explorer.
The default location of these folders is:

<drive>:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows
NT\MSFax\
