fax problem

I want to not recieve faxes in may PC with Win2k, but the problem when I
disable the flag I recieve that is in use
what can I do?

Can you please provide more details? What flag are you disabling?

To disable receiving Fax, you can go to Fax Service Management, click on the
Device and disable Receive.

I go to Fax Service Management, then i click in devices, then in my modem,
then i click in receive to disable, then the error appears, that the modem
is in use
