I have a windows 2003 server running the built-in fax software, I have
outlook on my client machine and I am able to send faxes from outlook with
no problem, but I have a program that sends documents to outlook as
attachments to be faxed out, but the program puts a subject line on the
email which outlook sees as a first page so every fax I send out has a blank
sheet of paper with the subject of the email on it and then the attached
document follows afterwards so even if it's a one page fax it becomes two
pages no matter what, is there anyway to suppress that first page, I have
checked my software that is sending the documents and I cannot suppress the
subject line so either I have to suppress it from outlook or the fax console
or I have to find a new faxing program.
Any ideas?

You've left us guessing. You need to specify the client fax software,
Outlook version and how it is configured with respect to cover pages.
Specify the attachment type the program generates. You may also need to ask
the manufacturer of the third party program that creates these messages.

It's outlook 2000, and the fax software is the built-in fax service, the
program can generate .doc, or .rtf and I have cover pages disabled at the
server I cant find in outlook where to change/disable cover pages I called
the manufacturer and they said that they cant change it in the program that
I would have to find out from microsoft how to get rid of the first page, or
find some diffrent fax software

Which "built in" fax service? What OS?
Outlook Cover page configuration is in Tools > Services > Fax Mail Transport
in Outlook 2000.

The blank page is usually thrown by message body, not the Subject line. It
cannot be suppressed in any fax programs except Windows XP Fax.

The machine actually doing the faxing is a Windows 2003 server, but the
client I am faxing from is a Windows 2000 machine running Outlook 2000, I
looked through the fax options on the server and I couldnt find anything
about suppressing the page and I did check and I do have the cover page
turned off.

You still failed to specify which _client_ fax software you are using and
how you integrated it with Outlook.

Windows 2003 has fax services built-in which I added by using Add/Remove
windows componets after that was done it creates a fax printer in Printers
and Faxes that printer is shared, I connected to that shared fax printer
with my windows 2000 workstation which in turn gave me the option in outlook
to add Microsoft Shared Fax Transport which gives me the ability to fax from
outlook. So when my program needs to send a fax it sends an email through
outlook which gets faxed out.
