FAX greyed out

I just got cable broadband and MS FAX is greyed out. It's
checked off in the Windows Components Wizard. How can I
get it back, or is it gone forever? Thanks.
 
Get an old fashioned analog modem and connect it to an old fashioned
telephone line.
