fax from outlook 200

Why does my outlook keep trying to fax to the first entry
in my contacts folder regardless of which entry I select
 
Start at the beginning. You've posted no information that would permit any
troubleshooting.
State your Outlook version and fax software.
List the steps you using to send the fax and what happens.
 
I will start again with a new entry ( a bit new to all
this)
