Fax for Windows Vista?

Hello all,
because my old PC with Win XP died, I've got a new PC with Windows Vista
preinstalled.
Under XP, one could install Windows Fax Service which was enough for my
need to send two or three faxes per year.
But Vista Home (Basic as well as Premium) seem not to include the Fax
Service, it is only included in Vista Business, Enterprise and Ultimate.

Any recommendation for a simple cheap fax service for Vista Home?
