Fax coversheet

Has anyone come up with a template that can generate a fax
coversheet that automatically draws from the information
in a contact (ex: Name, Company, and Fax number)? It just
feels ridiculous copying and pasting that into a word
document each time.

Just create a merge document and use a mail merge. Outlook uses Word for
performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters, mailing labels,
envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these functions take

Can I disable the Coversheet option in Win XP Fax? By default it is
enabled. I want it disabled by default?

To which fax sending method you are referring? You cannot disable it for the
native Send Fax Wizard.

When you want to fax a simple notes then cover page is mandatory and it
cant be disabled. But when a document is faxed by printing to a fax
printer, cover page can be disabled, by unchecking the check box at the
third page of the wizard. There is no option to turn it off by default.
