Fax covers from outlook

Is it possible to quickly generate a fax cover page from outlook,
either by adding it to actions (in Contact view) or adding a template
to "New letter to Contact"? I'm using Outlook 2003 SP2.

In theory, but you would never want to. That utility is useless.
Most of use just use a Word document and insert the Contact information
using Outlook's Contacts which you can access with Word's Insert Address
function.

Is there a template that's already set up?
 
You can create and save your own merge document if you want, or just use the
Insert Address function that I mentioned.

Soory, but I'm at a loss. My Word (2003) does not have an
Insert>address on the menu.
 
Yes it does. You can customize your toolbar to add it. Look in the Insert
commands.
