fax cover sheets in outlook?

I am considering using Outlook 2002 for contact
management, instead of ACT (which I now use.)
One feature I need is to be able to generate fax cover
sheets based on individual contact's info (such as their
name, company name, fax number, etc) that I will print
when sending faxes over our company fax machine. Does
Outlook 2002 contain this feature, or will I have to buy
additional software that can generate a fax cover sheet
to a contact without having to manually enter the info
each time I want to send a fax cover sheet to a contact?
 
You can easily create a merge document that can accomplish that task. You'll
need to be running Word 2002 as well.
 
If you have Word 2002 also, you can create the cover page in Word from
data in your Outlook Address Book (which contains data from your
Contacts folders(s)). I'm sure there are also other 3rd-party add-ins
you can use for this. The only reference I could find for creating a
fax cover sheet using JUST Outlook is found at the following URL, but it
doesn't seem like a great solution.
