How do you add text in the Fax Cover Page Editor, and how do you customize the templates that come with the
fax service

You can use the 'Text' option on the toolbar to add text
to the cover page. Please note that this is constant text
and will not vary for each fax that's using this cover
page.

The cover page templates (basically .cov files) can be
opened in the cover page editor and edited just like any
other .cov file. But you cannot add new textboxes for
recipient or sender.
