Windows xp professional

When opening the fax console it takes for ever for the refreshing as the
size is the only text that is on each line in the in box.
When I try to delete the line the message is 'Operation can not be completed.'
'Fax messages could not be found.(7009, 2200003020)'

Looking for how to delete the line fully.

A Google Groups search found four hits on the error message.

The one listed in the second link above suggests you do a search for "In
Box" (in your case) and delete from there.
