Fax Console Not functioning

I can send a fax but am unable to see any activity in the
FAX console. I hear the fax dial and get verbal
confirmation the fax is sent but the FAX console never
shows any in/out/sent?? I have re-installed fax services
to no avail. Also in the FAX console the SEND A FAX
option on the file menu is not selecable

I just fixed this problem on my computer by downloading a file called
FAXFIX.REG

Forgot to mention.
Once downloaded, right click of file and select Merge

I suppose Fax Monitor did also not appear, did it?

Did Joe's file and instructions fix the problem(s), Jeff? I got the same
problems and look for a solution thereto...

In both http://www.filesaveas.com/solutions.html and
http://www.petesipple.co.uk/links.html, FAXFIX.REG is presented as a cure
for fax printing problems. Does this fix also solve the problem described by
Jeff, i. e. when the fax is correctly sent but Fax Console Sent Items folder
remain empty (and Fax Monitor fails to appear, in my own case)?
