Fax Console Inbox

I have a growing number of lingering fax messages in my
inbox that can't be deleted. The items only list a Size
field. Console returns the following message "Fax
messages could not be found.(7009, 2200003020)"

Any suggestions?

You must have changed your configuration at some point. How?

Do you have the appropriate persmissions to delete faxes? Please check this
using the Security tab of the Fax printer's properties. Though it is NOT
ADVISABLE UNLESS IT IS NECESSARY, you could also delete the fax messages
from
%AllUsersProfile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows NT\MSFax\Inbox
However, please note that you will not be able to select which messages to
delete as they are stored using unique number-based filenames. Also you will
not be able to identify your faxes as opposed to other users' faxes. So go
ahead at your own risk!
