Hello,
I have upgraded my computer to XP and after I did that my macros and codes
that I have already set up are not communicating to Outlook to send. I keep
getting an error that says:
The message could not be delivered because the recipient's destination
email system is unknown or invalid. Please check the address and try again,
or contact your system administrator to verify connectivity to the email
system of the recipient.

Did something change as far as the SendObject statement to have this keep
erroring out? I can manually fax in an email when I place "
[Fax:+1(555)555-5555]
as "TO".

Please advise what you think my problem is.

Thanks,
Lisa

What fax software are you using? Outlook 2003 has nothing built-in that uses the FAX: address type.

Sue,

Thanks for getting back to me. As far as I know we are not using any fax
software. We are however able to fax out through Outlook manually as if we
were emailing someone.

What are the options available to me? Is it some coding or a program that
we need.

Thanks again,
Lisa

You *are* using fax software of some kind if you can send faxes from Outlook, since Outlook itself has no native ability to generate faxes. It could be third-party software or it could be the Internet fax feature integrated into Outlook using an account at Venali. I'd suggest you dig deeper to figure out exactly how those faxes are being generated and sent. That will dictate your next steps.
