Fax application with a receipt notification attached to the document faxed ?

Hi

I'm looking for an application which allow the generation of a received
receipt notification attached to the document sent.
To be clear, I want to have a receipt on which will appear the receipt
notification (date, time etc) and the content of the document sent, booth on
the same page.

I don't believe you can get a receipt notification with a fax, a 'send'
notification, yes
A minor but possibly important difference.
