No real limit, depending on your operating system and space available,
though you may hit a problem at around 64K directory entries.

Thanks for the reply. Someone asked me about disappearing items from the
favourites. The user has windows xp professional with roaming network
profile. The user will be loging on to Windows 2000 professional also.
