Chris -

I am running Windows 98SE with IE6, but my guess is that
it is probably the same set-up. On my PC the 'Favorites'
folder is a sub-directory of the Windows directory. You
should be able to copy it to a floppy then copy to the
other PC -- but be sure to place it in the same sub-
directory. If you find that it is not located under the
Windows directory, then you better wait for someone who
runs Win XP to respond. I hope this helps you.

Good Luck,
Don

On your old pc, in your browser window click on
File/Export and it will give you the opportunity to export
both Favorites and Cookies. Click on favorites and then
choose the save location.
Then on your new pc, you reverse the procedure and click
import favorites. Find the file where you stashed your
export and voila, your favorites should be there.
