How do I arrange my favorites in the order that I want on
the drop down menu? After I drag and drop they go back
to the order they were in after I reboot. I am using
operating system XP and explorer 6. Thank-You

If you have more than about 190 favorites in your list you will have to put
some of them in sub-folders for the list to retain its order.
