How do I arrange my favorites in the drop down menu.
When I drag and position they go back to where they were
after I reboot. Thank-You
 
1. drag and drop - you did that
2. right-click to "sort by name"
3. favorites -> organize
4. arrange into folders.

There is a trick I use with 'sort by name'. Rename with
_ puts entry at top of list. Rename again to delete the
_ stays where it is. Called the "foos" trick.
