Just got a new computer, how do I export old favorites list to new machine?

By doing exactly that. On the old machine, in IE go to File-Export and
transfer the file in whatever way you like, then on the new machine in IE go
to File-Import......

I don't know what version of IE you are using, but certainly IE7 has some
fairly comprehensive information in Help about this - you did LOOK at the
Help files, didn't you?
 
Thanks Gordon, I did do a search but the assistant/search wasnt bringing it
up. I figured it out...
