Which OS? In my XPsp1 I would do this:
Start from an IE window by pressing:
Alt-a,L,CursorLeft,Menu-O
(That opens an Explorer window in the Links subdirectory.
An equivalent mouse action would be to right-click the Links item
in the Favorites menu then select Open.)
In the resulting Explorer window press Backspace and then F3.
(That opens Search Companion ready to search Favorites
and its subfolders. The latter may not be a default.
Check in the More advanced options section if you're not sure
if that will be done and make sure that the following option is checked:
Search subfolders

Then just fill in the spaces. Enter * or *.URL in the file name: field
and whatever you want in the A word or phrase... field.
