Favorites Window

When I have my Favories window open, mousing over a folder causes that
folder to hide. When I move the pointer to the next folder, the new folder
hides and the previous one shows. What's up with that?

What setting do you have (in Options, Advanced tab) for:
Close unused folders for History and Favorites (requires restart)
?
