Favorites view

when I click on my favorites I don't get all of my web sites, only a few of them and a down arrow to bring make the rest viewable, does anyone know how to correct this so that all favorite web sites a show under my favorites?
 
IE-Tools-Internet Options-Advanced
The option is "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu"
