favorites properties q828750

q828750 update did not appear in when i did a update scan
of computer so i went to catalog and downloaded it. now
when i try to get properties of favorites/links the
properties window flashes on and drops behind the full
screen ie6 window. this forces me to move the ie6 window
to get to properties. how do i remove the q828750 update.

It does not appear to be removable.
