Favorites - Mulitple copies

When I add or move something to or in my Favorites in
Internet Explorer, it makes two copies, and if I delete
one of them, the other deletes too. What going on?

solve this by closing the browser and open new browser.
also delete internet temp files often.
this happens when you do a lot of surfing and saving
sites in favorites. there really is only one in the list.
