favorites menu

IE 6.0 decided that I should only be able to view recently
viewed favorites. I prefer to see all my favorites
without having to double click the symbol at the bottom.
How do I change this back to full favorites view? Thanks.
 
IE-Tools-Internet Options-Advanced
The option is "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu"
