How do you keep favorites from being added to your
favorites menu without your approval?

Also, Is there a fast way to delete these favorites item
like holding shift key and down arrow?
 
If a small window appears on a site with yes/no options
do not press the no button. if the corner x is disabled
use alt-ctl-del to close browser. open new browser -
browsers are very cheap these days.

Find/hover desired favorite and use right-click to delete
favorite.
