Favorites menu not expanding

My favorites menu doesn't automatically show all of my sites. I have to
click on the double "down arrows" to make the menu expand. There is a
setting to fix this in all of the Office products, but I can't figure out how
to do it in IE. I only recently started having this problem. Was this a
"fix" in their latest build?

Tools | Internet Options | Advanced
Uncheck "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu".
