favorites menu : how to disable "full menu after short delay"

I just updated my browser to version
6.0.2800.1106.xpsp1.020828-1920

and now the favorites menu does not display in it's
entirety without clicking on down arrows.

where are the settings to disable this feature that I did
not choose?

I did see an assistant balloon help twice but was unable
to click it before it disappeared, and it has not
returned since.

I just found my own answer by searching this user
knowledge base:
IE-Tools-Internet Options-Advanced
The option is "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu"

uncheck this choice!!
