Favorites menu cluttered

Whenever I click on the favorites tab on my toolbar I have just about every
file and program, plus my internet sites on it. It never used to be like
that and I want just the websites. How can I fix this?

Sorry I do not know the answer to your question. I would remove
non-favourites and monitor the situation.

I take it you are using Internet Explorer 6 not 7. What Add-Ons are you
using?

Do you know how this could have happened?

IE version?
If it's IE7 are you sure you're looking at Favorites and not History?
