Question How do I move my favorites list from one computer to another
computer, both have Internet Explorer 6 on them?

You can go into the favorites folder under XP in will be in Documents &
Settings --> username --> Favorites. You can take all of the files in the
favorites folders and move them. If you need them in the same order you may
want to export them in the IE browser, file export. Then you use import in
IE to bring them back. Hope this helps.
 
IE File > Import and Export > Export Favorites > Save this file

IE File > Import and Export > Import Favorites > Import the saved file
