Favorites is missing from my Outlook 2003 Catagories, how can I g.

Favorites is missing from my OUTLOOK 2003 Catagories (File, Edit,View,Go,
Tools, etc). I've run the detect and repair, but it does not fix it. I
don't I've ever had it on there. What do I do? Thanks, N
 
Sigh. This is an ACCESS newsgroup, not an OUTLOOK newsgroup. Please at
least glance at a group before posting to it so you will know if it is
appropriate for your question.
