Favorites Icons

I want to know how to specify an icon for use when a user
adds your page to their favorites.

Example: Add www.dell.com to your favorites. You will
see a dell icon next to the description.
 
you can make your own favicon with microangelo or any icon creator, then name it favicon.ico and put it in the root directory of your website.

it does disappear when viewer cleans out their cache...there may be a way around this but I've never tried.
