Favorites Drop Down Menu

How do I get all of the items in my Favorite menu to show
right up? I don't want to hit the arrow button on the
bottom. (call it lazy) :)
 
organize them in favorites folders?
group similar ones together in folders?

neat trick would be to use smaller fonts..i like this one!

i have another method....14 'links' across the width of
screen (as a toolbar) and under each link are 10
sites/folders.

top toolbar has only file<-to->help and address: [box]
