favorites desapeared

After installing this program my favorites' folders are
gone along withe the links, I'm unable to save the
favorites anymore; I couldn't restore to days prior to the
installation of this software. Since I removed this
program. How can I again saver the links to the favorite
folder?

Thanks for your help.
 
This happened also on my girlfriend's PC, and is the
reason I'm looking through this group. Computer is
Windows Home edition with SP2 installed. Suggestions?

I too have the same problem. I see my favorite links in
the file cleaner\program files\microsoft antispyware. Now
all I need is the instructions on how I can recover these
links.
