favorites can not be accessed online

When I click the Favorites in my IE6 browser I get the
list of favorite sites, but when I click any particular
site I get a message which states that I can not access
the site when off line (even though I am on line at the
time as therefore should be able to access it).

What information do I need to correct this?

Go to File and uncheck the "work OFFLINE" tab.
