Favorites back on Start Menu like W98, how to get

How can I get the Favorites entry on my XP Home's Start Menu - like Win98
does?

I hate having to start IE or WE to access my Favorites and I don't want a
Desktop full of shortcuts.

Right click the Start button/Start Menu tab/Customize button/Advanced tab/Scroll down to:
Favorites Menu and select it/OK/Apply/OK
