Favorites always visible?

Is there a setting so that all of the favorites will
always be visible from the pull down menu? After a
certain amount of time, if I have not specifically opened
a folder or used a link it gets hidden and I have to
force all favorites to show. What can be done?
 
IE-Tools-Internet Options-Advanced
The option is "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu"
