How do I alphabetize my Favorites ?

Right click on any of them.
Click "Sort by name"

I tried that and "sort by name" doesn't come up. I am
using Win XP_Home, if that makes any difference.

not the left pane favorites....option only shows for menu drop-down...

Sort by name is only available using the top toolbar Favorites.

Open Internet Explorer
On the top bar, click "Favorites"
Then you get the dropdown listing all the favorites.
Go to any one of them, right click.
The option "Sort by name" will be near the bottom.
