Favorite Folders

Our CEO is using Outlook 2003. He said he used to have an entry under his
Favorite Folders entitled New Mail, and now it is missing. I cannot find
any reference to an item called New Mail in the Favorite Folders on the
Internet. Is there such an entry and how would I add it?
