Under what cirmcumstances tha favicon of a site is available. I visited some
sites, and some times the favicon is visible in the IE Address bar or in the
Favourites list, and sometimes is not.

I am not sure what is happening. Here is my site

The first time I add it in my favorites, the favicon appeared.
Now even FavOrg can't find the icon
